At LensEVO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion eyewear. If your new frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
